Branch Operations Manager

Kristina Demian joined Anchor Financial Group in November, 2021, adding over 15 years of diverse management experience to the team. As Office Manager, Kristina is responsible for a wide range of high-level administrative support functions, including opening and maintaining client accounts, scheduling meetings and events, as well as completing various administrative functions that allow the branch to operate with enhanced efficiency.

Prior to joining Anchor Financial Group, Kristina spent her early career managing the financial performance of high-volume retail and hospitality spaces. Recognized for her strengths in customer relations and managing personnel, Kristina was promoted and relocated to Florida from New Jersey in 2015.

Over the next several years, Kristina implemented several processes and procedures to increase the locations bottom line, while continuing to uphold close-knit client relationships. Kristina is an active Florida Notary Public, and in 2021 obtained her Florida Real Estate License.

Kristina and her husband live in Bonita Springs with their two dogs, Ziggy and Pepper. They enjoy playing tennis and golf, cooking, and traveling in their spare time. Kristina strives to deliver the personalized attention and high-quality service our clients deserve, and is eager to continue her path within the Financial Services Industry.
